Manners and Obedience Training Program

If you have an exuberant dog who has yet to complete formal training, this obedience training program is precisely what you need. It will transform your overzealous, stubborn dog into an attentive, mannerly companion you'll be raving about in six weeks!

 

This Manners and Obedience training program is designed to teach your dog foundational obedience cues that every dog should know and introduce helpful concepts to improve your dog's overall behavior at home.

 

We won't waste time teaching behaviors that your dog already knows. Instead, your training program will be customized to meet your most pressing needs. Here is a list of cues and behaviors that might be covered in our Manners and Obedience training program:

  • Down

  • Stay

  • Leave it

  • Drop it

  • Fetch

  • Trick training

  • Wait to be released around food and doorways.

  • Polite greetings around you and guests

Every dog is unique; and so is every home. That is why we offer private, one-on-one training sessions right in the comfort of your home, where your dog is most comfortable and help with behaviors you see daily. This Manners and Obedience Program consists of six one-hour sessions spaced approximately one week apart.

 

We’ll coach you through understanding why your dog behaves the way they do, and how to guide them toward better choices using positive, effective training methods. You'll learn how to manage situations to set your dog up for success, teach useful new skills, and build behaviors that last a lifetime. 

 

Between our one-on-one sessions, you can access unlimited support via phone or email during our regular business hours throughout enrollment. You’ll have clear steps to practice and apply, and we’ll build on your progress each week. My goal is to make training feel approachable, rewarding, and even fun (for both you and your dog)!

 

Includes:

  • Six Private 1-Hour Sessions in Your Home on a Weekly Basis

  • Unlimited trainer support via phone or email during normal business hours.

This program is designed for dogs generally confident, happy, and friendly toward people and other dogs. It is NOT for dogs that display reactivity, aggression, fear, or anxiety.
